ADHD Assessment & Support for Children, Teens, and Adults

At Hopewell Healthcare LLC, we provide thorough ADHD evaluations and ongoing care for children, adolescents, and adults. Our approach goes beyond quick checklists—we take the time to understand attention, executive‑function, learning, and emotional needs so that each person can move toward real success at school, work, and home.

What we offer

Diagnostic ADHD evaluations – children & adults

  • Comprehensive clinical interviews that explore history, strengths, challenges, and day‑to‑day functioning in school, work, and relationships.

  • Use of validated ADHD rating scales and screening tools, with input from parents, teachers, or partners when appropriate.

  • Careful screening for co‑occurring concerns—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, learning differences, and autism traits—so that the full picture is addressed, not just the label.

Individualized treatment plans

  • Evidence‑based medication options when appropriate, with thoughtful discussion of risks, benefits, and close follow‑up to ensure treatment is safe and effective.

  • Non‑medication strategies, including psychoeducation, structure and routine building, behavioral tools, school/work coaching, and referrals for therapy or skills training when needed.

Accommodation and support letters

  • Clear, detailed letters to support academic and workplace accommodations (IEPs, 504 plans, standardized‑test accommodations, and ADA/HR requests).

  • Direct connection between documented symptoms/functional impairments and specific requested supports, such as extended time, reduced‑distraction testing, note‑taking or organizational support, and flexible deadlines—exactly the information schools and testing boards typically require.

  • Coordination with schools, colleges, or employers (with your permission) to ensure recommendations are realistic, understandable, and truly helpful in daily life.

Who is this for?

  • Children who are bright and creative but struggle to sit still, follow multi‑step directions, or keep up with schoolwork despite real effort.

  • Teens who feel overwhelmed by organization, deadlines, and long‑term assignments and are starting to doubt their own potential.

  • College students and young adults who are juggling classes, work, and life and feel like they are always behind, no matter how hard they try.

  • Adults who have long suspected ADHD, want clarity and validation, and are ready for a concrete, compassionate plan to move forward.

How it works

1. Initial consultation
We review your history, current concerns, and goals, and decide together whether a formal ADHD evaluation is the right next step.

2. Assessment visit(s)
You complete structured interviews and standardized questionnaires; for children and teens, we often include parent and teacher input so we can understand how things look across settings.

3. Feedback and written plan
We sit down and review your results in clear, accessible language. You receive a diagnosis when the data support it, a written treatment plan, and—when needed—formal documentation for schools, testing agencies, or employers.

4. Ongoing support
Follow‑up visits focus on fine‑tuning medication, building sustainable routines and executive‑function skills, and updating accommodation letters as your academic, work, or life circumstances change.

Professional services

For patients on psychiatric medications, we provide in‑person blood pressure checks and lab work coordination to help keep treatment safe and effective.

  • Routine blood pressure monitoring for medications that may affect cardiovascular health.

  • Lab orders and tracking for required tests (for example, metabolic panels, thyroid studies, medication levels, and other safety labs as clinically indicated).

  • Review of results with you in plain language, with adjustments to your treatment plan when needed.

  • Coordination with your primary care provider or specialists so everyone involved in your care stays informed.

This integrated medical support ensures that your mental health treatment is monitored carefully—not just for symptoms, but for overall physical well‑being.

What we do

At Hopewell Healthcare LLC, we believe ADHD is a different way of thinking and processing the world. With the right assessment, treatment, and advocacy, that difference can become a source of strength.
